Your Insurance Company can reimburse the fee you pay for my services. Please discuss your reimbursement procedures with your Employer or Insurance Company. I will not charge your Insurance Company for your counseling, but I will provide you with a Receipt of payment that you can give your Insurance Company to get reimbursed. If you select to be reimbursed we can talk about the confidential information I am required to make available on the receipt for your claim.
